In the face of climate change and increasingly frequent extreme weather events, water governance is shifting
from traditional engineering-based management toward smart technology, resilience-based adaptation, and
sustainable governance.
This year’s forum will bring together experts from Taiwan and around the world to exchange
cross-disciplinary insights on watershed governance, water supply resilience, smart water management, and
water-sensitive urban development.
